3 Free Seminars

Please click to download reservation form for July 08 and Aug 08.

Why are seminars free?
eFunding believes you will learn what you don't yet know and should know about commercial real estate investments in these seminars.  And thus you will be more likely to be  successful in your investments.  These seminars are designed for a small group of very busy investors who would like to understand key concepts in plain English.  Our "hidden" agenda is when you attend the seminars at our office, you will discover just as others do that we are very knowledgeable, professional, ethical and trustworthy advisors.  And when the time comes, you would come back to us for our services.

eFunding does not practice "the introduction is FREE but you have to pay several thousand dollars for next sessions" like others. We are not a "seminar" company with the whole page ad on the newspapers and do seminars in hotels.  All seminars are presented in our office.

Are seminars presented by someone knowledgeable?
All 3 seminars are presented by David V. Tran, President/Chief Investment Advisor at eFunding.  David is the #1 commercial real estate expert author in the US (among over 300) on ezinearticles.com, a premiere internet magazine.  David will share with you his current knowledge & experience from his own practice in commercial real estate investments.

Are they any good?
"At first I was a little skeptical coming to David's seminar. But in 2 hours, I learned more about Commercial Real Estate Investing than I have from books or other investment programs."
Michael Cuthrell

"I found it [seminar] very informative and well presented."
Steve Freeman, Stonecrest Financial.

"I enjoyed the seminar last Saturday. I thought it was an excellent introduction to commercial property investment."
Dr. A. Singh.

So what's the catch?
None. There are absolutely no obligations from attendees.  eFunding does not insult your intelligence!
